Eagles Force International Chaplaincy Corps

As a greater and greater need arose for there to be consistency in the training of ministers of The Gospel around the world—during the pandemic—our international chaplaincy corps’ founders, having decades of chaplaincy experience, decided to begin formally equipping chaplains in and outside the walls of the church for the purpose of ministering to the needs of hospital, prison, and jail employees; hospital patients and their loved ones; prison and jail inmates; college students; government officials and members of the armed services in need counseling services.  Since that time, the Eagles Force International  Chaplaincy Corps board and officers have trained chaplains all over the world. 

The EFICC senior leadership team has over a hundred years of chaplaincy experience in the United States and abroad.  Many of our board members also hold senior leadership positions in the Holy Catholic Church International (HCCI).  Some of our leadership team members also prepare other learners for chaplaincy in other chaplaincy organizations, churches, higher learning institutions, hospitals, jails, prisons, labor unions, and senior living facilities.

The Most Rev. Dr. Will Boyd began leadership in chaplaincy over twenty years ago.  As vice-chair of a city board of chaplains in Illinois, he single-handedly wrote the chaplaincy manual for a regional hospital.  Less than ten years later, he wrote the chaplaincy program for St. James The Elder Theological Seminary (now St. James The Elder University) as part of the requirements for his Doctorate of Psychology (with a Christian world view).  Holding several earned doctoral degrees and a diplomate in trauma, Dr. Boyd has spent thousands of hours providing advising and counseling services in The Church, hospitals, prisons, and higher learning institutions.
